Very unhappy that two dresses and a bra were lost and that the aide that took them has no idea what happened to them. All the nurses were awesome and had good bedside manners.They went above and beyond. Physical therapy had great care and most of the CNA were good. Hospitality Aide was very joyful and helpful. Would like to have coffee available earlier in the morning.

The PT/OT staff and the NP/PA’s were great. Aside from that, everything else was just ok or disappointing. The beds were flat (even worse than hospital beds), a lot of the CNAs were like zombies (not friendly, no smiling, no connecting when talking to patients). They leave the urine/feces sitting in the commode all day. If it’s feces, they would simply cover it with an adult pull-up. Wouldn’t clean it after the patient goes. Very slow response when nurse call button pressed (not always but about half the time). Once, my mom hit her button, the nurse came in and said she’d be right back and never returned. My mom hit the button again and no one came for 30 min. She ended up going all over herself. I brought this to the managers attention and things seemed better for a day, then back to normal. No one seems to know who does what. I got the run around the few times I asked for help with an issue. Once, I was so upset I left a voicemail for the nursing director - even she didn’t bother to return my call. They forgot to bring my mom dinner a few times. How does that even happen? This place was very disappointing for the most part. However, the physical therapy team was the best! They really helped my mom and seemed like they truly cared about her. I am so grateful for them. Kris in OT was amazing - she was def my favorite! My mom also really liked PT Marquis!

I’m not sure how this place got a 5 star rating. The room had a two inch screw coming out the wall right by my bed I was transferred to this place after my surgery to receive physical therapy which I wasn’t even taking for a walk One nurse thought I was there for pneumonia. I had minimal breathing treatments that should have been done every four hours I waited over 1 hour and 40 minutes for a pain pill last evening until I got out of bed to complain at that point I advised the staff that I was discharging myself in the morning. No one seemed to care but told me I would have to fill out paperwork that only the morning staff would have. I was told that my insurance would not pay if I discharged myself and I advised “that would be a bill I would be disputing Thank goodness I’m home!! The room number was 114 if you are questioning the 2 inch screw. Also take a look at the deplorable bathroom. Do yourself a favor and stay away

I stayed at this place for 14 days the first two nights was horrible. After myself and roommate complained things got better!. The Case manager there does not do her job she was sup to schedule me a Occupational Therapist and a Physical therapist I had to reach out to her several times even now being home when I ask.for other assistant said she wasn't able too.Not realizing I had a friend that's uses to be a caregiver they have but a lot of responsibility on her.. But it was like as long as they get their money that's all that matters.The rooms or old the plant is coming off the wall the could be lead poisoning for someone even one of mu visitors was in disbelief. I was going to transfer I just did not feel like going through everything all over not knowing that the other place would be worse I wouldn't recommend this place at all . The doctor was very nice and some really good nurse after the first two night of horrible with night nurses.

I was there for seven days after a TIA stroke not only did the nurses not give me medication prescribed to me they actually took them .3 of the 17 types of medication (Alprazolam, 15 oxycodone, Gabapentin)I contacted them the day after I returned home. Called the charge nurse and they apologized and said for me to come pick them up. When I arrived at the front desk I was declined and asked to leave!! Perhaps because I am about 30 years younger than the other nursing home patients they thought I would not notice missing medication, do not trust the nurses do not trust the staff !!!! They also did not schedule my home speech/occupational therapy as well! Do not send loved ones to be treated here!!
